Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide consistent, engaging, and welcoming service to turn first-time visitors into regulars.
- Drink Preparation: Use industry-leading equipment to prepare high-quality coffee, matcha, and other beverages.
- Quality Control: Complete all training to ensure proper food and beverage handling, freshness, and quality.
- Inventory Management: Monitor product levels to minimize waste and adjust par levels based on business needs.
- Compliance: Maintain Local Department of Health standards and adhere to all brand playbooks.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Operations and Marketing teams to drive sales and build a loyal customer base.
Requirements
- Experience: At least one year in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or coffee.
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability:
- Part-Time: 15-25 hours per week (3 days), including 2 peak days (Fri, Sat, or Sun).
- Full-Time: 30-40 hours per week (4-5 days), including 2 peak days (Fri, Sat, or Sun).
- Work Authorization: You must be authorized to work in the U.S. Blank Street will use E-Verify to confirm authorization upon acceptance of a job offer and completion of Form I-9.
Pay and benefits
- Wage: $17.00-$18.00/hour plus tips.
