About the role
Join Oscar’s Concierge Optimization team as an Associate, Service Transformation. You will work cross-functionally to represent departmental needs in company-wide strategic initiatives. This role involves leading the design and implementation of process improvements to support organizational goals. You will report to the Senior Director of Member & Provider Services.
This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in-office per week. Thursdays are a mandatory in-office day for team meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and on-time delivery.
- Analyze departmental performance data to develop metrics and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with partner groups to create proactive change management and risk mitigation programs.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or three or more years of commensurate experience.
- Three or more years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
- Two or more years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Two or more years of experience with end-to-end project management.
- Two or more years of experience designing and improving workflows and operating procedures.
- Two or more years of experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
Pay and benefits
The base pay for this role in Atlanta is $87,188.40 to $114,434.78 per year. Final offers are determined by skills, education, and experience.
