About the role
DoorDash is expanding its Fulfillment team within the New Verticals Strategy & Operations organization. As an individual contributor, you will work on the Catalog, Fulfillment, and Logistics team. Your goal is to help onboard merchants and ensure orders are fulfilled with speed and accuracy across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail businesses. You will test and scale product features and operational initiatives to improve delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to drive business decisions and identify improvement opportunities from customer feedback.
- Own and deliver on improving key metrics by creating quarterly and annual plans.
- Lead cross-functional work streams with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers to develop product features.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing product offerings and improve delivery quality.
- Solve ambiguous problems end-to-end and motivate teammates to achieve goals.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, food & beverage, or high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Comfortable using Excel and visualizing data; SQL experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate at both a high level and in detailed specifics.
Pay and benefits
The national base pay range for this position is $74,800 to $110,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and work location.
