About the role
Join Oscar’s Member Experience Team as an Associate, Member and Provider Programs. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to represent your department’s needs in company-wide initiatives. This role requires strong project management, implementation, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will report to the Senior Manager, MPSO Initiatives. The position is based in the Tempe, AZ office, requiring a hybrid schedule with three days in-office per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day, while the other two days are flexible.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects for member experience and contact centers.
- Create project plans, engage stakeholders, and manage relationships to drive collaboration and on-time completion.
- Assess the impact of new programs on operations and workflows, steering development to improve consumer experience.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and develop frontline training and knowledge base artifacts.
- Monitor program launches, triage issues, and collaborate on change management and communication strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve member experience and apply technology to transform work processes.
- Mentor team members and promote professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
- 3+ years of experience in program management.
- 2+ years of experience delivering projects independently and within a team environment.
- Bonus points: Contact center experience, experience with complex tech/operational projects, healthcare background, Master’s Degree, PMP or Program Management Certifications, or Lean/Six Sigma Certifications.
Pay and benefits
- Base pay: $91,659 – $120,303 per year.
