About the role
Equinox is seeking a design-driven Art Director to shape the brand’s creative expression. This role involves leading visual narratives across photography, video, digital, and print. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to bring bold ideas to life for a luxury wellness brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual narratives for integrated campaigns.
- Art direct photo and video shoots, managing productions from concept through post-production.
- Mentor and manage a team of designers, providing feedback and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-impact work.
- Manage external partners to ensure work aligns with brand standards and creative vision.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a hybrid creative role.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and refined visual aesthetics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience art directing photo and video shoots.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
Pay and benefits
