About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Training Manager to join their team in Benin City, Edo. As part of one of the world’s largest hotel groups, you will help create memorable experiences for guests and support the growth of our employees. This is a full-time position focused on driving learning and development within the property.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver Learning & Development activities to meet property and company standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and HR partners to enhance team training and coaching.
- Develop and implement strategies to track and improve key L&D metrics.
- Oversee the training life cycle to foster a culture of growth and performance.
- Manage the L&D budget and ensure training plans align with business objectives.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Review employee development and succession plans to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate Industrial Training Fund (ITF) approvals for training programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent managerial abilities with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to guest service.
- Ability to find creative solutions and offer recommendations.
- Personal integrity and the ability to work in a high-expectation environment.
- Experience using IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
