About the role
Desired Peace Households Improvement Initiative is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering women and youths through group lending and skills acquisition. We are looking for a Thrift Collection Officer to join our team in Mubi, Adamawa, on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Collect daily, weekly, or monthly thrift savings from customers, traders, small business owners, and registered members.
- Ensure accurate recording of all collections.
- Handle the proper remittance of funds.
- Manage customer relationships effectively.
- Comply with the organization’s savings policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Hold an SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Have 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
