Responsibilities
- Balance cash drawers daily and oversee ATM transactions.
- Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services to meet targets.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products.
- Accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and security protocols to prevent fraud.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- High attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computer systems.
- Qualification: OND (Upper credit only).
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service.
