About the role
Inventory Solutions Plus (ISP) helps hospitals manage surplus medical supplies and equipment. We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Telesales Representative to join our remote team. In this position, you will make outbound calls to professionals responsible for hospital instrumentation, medical supplies, and equipment, including department managers, supervisors, and directors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls using a provided script.
- Speak with decision-makers and gather accurate contact information.
- Record call results and notes in the CRM system.
- Maintain professional communication and call etiquette.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Prior outbound calling or telesales experience preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with computers and data entry.
- Strong listening and organizational skills.
- Technical setup: Windows-based computer (Windows 10 or newer), minimum 8 GB RAM (12 GB recommended), and a reliable high-speed internet connection (wired preferred).
