TeamAce Limited is recruiting a Telesales Officer to join a financial institution in Ikoyi, Lagos. This is a full-time, fully onsite position that involves working in shifts. The role focuses on customer acquisition, sales, and providing high-quality support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition through assigned and self-generated leads to meet sales targets.
- Engage with customers, close sales, and provide application support.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and handle enquiries or complaints.
- Process loan transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting assigned KPIs.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and processes to support business improvement.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in any field.
- 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
