About the role
HYT Consulting is seeking a Telesales Officer to join a team focused on financial inclusion in Nigeria. You will work with individuals and small business owners to provide convenient financial solutions. This full-time position is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries, loan applications, and complaints within service level agreements.
- Drive customer acquisition using assigned and self-generated leads.
- Meet sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Process loan transactions accurately according to company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service across all engagement channels.
- Maintain KPIs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in any field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telesales, Sales, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
