About the role
TeamAce Limited is recruiting a Telesale Executive to work with a financial institution in Lagos. This is a full-time, fully onsite position that involves driving customer acquisition and managing sales targets. The role requires working in shifts, with evening shifts potentially operating on a work-from-home basis.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition through assigned and self-generated leads to meet sales targets.
- Engage with customers, close sales, and provide application support.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and loan processing within service standards.
- Process loan transactions in line with company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting KPIs and performance targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and processes to support business improvement.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in any field.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
