Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for consultants, software developers, and other technical roles based on business needs.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, coordinating screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee coordination, attendance, and documentation.
- Create clear HR processes, performance expectations, and reporting routines to ensure consistent team operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Experience with Nigerian contract staffing or international remote hiring.
- Previous placements of senior, lead, or staff-level engineers.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Experience handling compensation, notice periods, counteroffers, and contractor availability.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Hugging Face, Kaggle, and specialist technical communities.
