About the role
Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is seeking a Technical Assistant to support manufacturing, commercial, and business-development priorities. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Lagos and offers the opportunity to gain cross-functional experience across operations, finance, supply chain, and customer development.
Responsibilities
- Support customer and market research, sales analysis, proposals, and commercial follow-up.
- Analyze pricing, product margins, customer demand, sales performance, inventory, and working-capital indicators.
- Coordinate actions across sales, production, procurement, logistics, quality, and finance with clear deadlines and progress updates.
- Support production planning, product availability, process improvement, and issue resolution.
- Prepare weekly reports, monthly business updates, risk logs, and business-improvement proposals.
- Participate in customer visits, factory activities, and cross-functional assignments while observing safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Marketing, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Typically 3–7 years of progressive experience (strong candidates outside this range may be considered).
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, sales operations, or supply chain is desirable.
- Strong numerical reasoning, analytical problem-solving, ownership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good Excel, PowerPoint, and written-reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria and work across factory, customer, and operational locations.
