About the role
Elevare Human Solutions Limited is seeking a Technical Assistant to support activities across concrete technology, manufacturing, and commercial development. This full-time position is based in Lagos and involves working with technical teams, production personnel, and customers to enhance product performance, operational coordination, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop practical knowledge of concrete admixtures, including PCE and SNF products, their applications, and performance.
- Support concrete testing, product demonstrations, customer trials, and technical documentation.
- Assist with customer visits, ready-mix customer engagement, technical enquiries, and complaint follow-up.
- Support manufacturing and production activities, including coordination, documentation, and reporting.
- Gather and analyse information relating to product performance, customer requirements, and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate activities across technical, manufacturing, sales, logistics, and other relevant teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates to support management decisions.
- Work in laboratories, factories, construction sites, and customer locations while complying with health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Concrete Technology, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Typically 3–7 years of progressive experience (strong candidates outside this range may be considered).
- Direct exposure to PCE/SNF admixtures, concrete testing, ready-mix customers, or admixture production is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, practical execution, communication, numerical reasoning, and commercial awareness.
- Good Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in laboratories, factories, construction sites, and customer locations.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria.
