About the role
The Vault Recruitment is looking for a results-driven Tech Sales Representative to help grow the user base for a mobile and web application. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, Lagos. You will be the face of the product, engaging with potential users to explain its value and guide them through the registration process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential users both online and offline.
- Explain the features and benefits of the app to different types of users.
- Assist users with registration and onboarding.
- Convert prospects into active users.
- Meet user acquisition targets and maintain strong follow-up.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or technology sales is an advantage.
- Strong interest in technology and digital products.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching users in both digital and physical spaces.
- Good knowledge of social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking platforms is an advantage.
