Raheti Foods is a premier eatery dedicated to providing excellent meals and an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. This role involves overseeing floor operations, monitoring staff performance, and maintaining operational efficiency across all shifts.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational bottlenecks promptly during shifts.
- Prepare daily shift reports and submit performance summaries to management.
- Supervise floor staff, front-of-house teams, and daily branch activities.
- Ensure adherence to company operational policies, customer service standards, and punctuality guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of accountability.
