About the role
EE DE Residenz is a B&Q Apartment Rental facility featuring an indoor swimming pool and bar, located in Awka, Anambra State. We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our full-time team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and staff activities.
- Coordinate reception, housekeeping, bar, pool, and other service operations.
- Ensure staff maintain proper service and hygiene standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve routine complaints.
- Prepare and review daily operational reports.
- Monitor staff attendance and shift schedules.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Report operational issues to management.
Requirements
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year relevant supervisory or hospitality experience.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work shifts.
