About the role
C-Restructure Consulting is hiring a Supervisor to oversee daily store operations for a client in Ikoyi, Lagos. This full-time position requires working Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The monthly salary is N250,000, which is negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
- Enforce company policies, discipline, and work schedules among staff.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and maintain proper stock arrangement.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards are met.
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Open and close the store while following all security procedures.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth store running.
- Prepare daily sales reports for management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Supervisor, Store Manager, or Senior Sales Associate.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- A B.Sc. degree in any relevant field.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good numeracy, reporting, and basic computer skills.
- Proximity to Victoria Island, Banana Island, Lagos Island, or Lekki Phase 1 is highly preferred.
