About the role
MediaStyle Concept (MSC) is a fast-growing media and brand experience company based in Abuja (FCT). We are looking for a skilled and organized Studio Manager to lead our Photography and Podcast Studios. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of N200,000 – N250,000.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for photography and podcast studios.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, and freelance creatives.
- Edit photographs and video content to professional standards.
- Manage studio bookings, schedules, equipment, and inventory.
- Plan and supervise studio sessions, podcast recordings, and field productions.
- Deliver high-quality wedding photography, studio portraits, and event coverage.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue generation.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in photography, studio management, and field production.
- Practical knowledge of podcast studio operations and audiovisual equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Strong communication, client-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead a team, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Any academic discipline is welcome; practical experience is the primary consideration.
