Red Bull is looking for a Student Marketeer to represent the brand at the University of Ibadan. This role combines product ambassadorship with sales execution. You will live the brand values, engage with students, and ensure Red Bull is visible and available across the campus and local region. The position is listed as full-time, though the requirements specify flexible part-time hours including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers.
- Build and execute a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
- Create and maintain a strong network of key local individuals on and around campus.
- Identify local collegiate content creators and collaborate with your Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) to integrate them into Red Bull events.
- Grow the user base through product sampling at the right place and time.
- Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to ensure a memorable brand experience.
- Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure product availability and visibility in outlets.
- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points within the university and beyond.
- Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
- Plan and report activities accurately in the dedicated online platform.
- Contribute to business development by providing local insights and trends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a current student at the University of Ibadan.
- Must not be in your first or final year of study.
- Must hold a valid Nigerian driver’s license.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Immersed in student life with a good understanding of the university landscape and local city.
- Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
- Affinity for project management and working behind the scenes.
- Willing to represent Red Bull in branded outfits and onboard the Red Bull Mini.
