About the role
Red Bull is seeking a Student Marketeer to join their team at Caleb University in Lagos. As part of a global brand ambassador program, you will report to the local Field Marketing Specialist. Your primary goal is to enhance brand image and product understanding among students and the local community. This position offers a flexible, creative work environment where you can make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Red Bull brand in a premium manner through daily interactions with consumers and customers.
- Develop and execute a tailored campus plan to engage students and build a strong local network.
- Identify local content creators and collaborate with your Field Marketing Specialist to integrate them into Red Bull events.
- Conduct product sampling to grow the user base and answer consumer questions.
- Work at Red Bull events and collegiate activations to ensure a memorable brand experience.
- Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure product availability and visibility in campus outlets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points and maintain store standards.
- Plan and report activities accurately on the dedicated online platform.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Current undergraduate student at Caleb University (not in first or final year).
- Valid Nigerian driver’s license.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Able to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Deep understanding of university life and local city hotspots.
- Connected with influential student groups and university management.
- Strong project management skills and a passion for sales.
- Willingness to wear branded outfits and drive the Red Bull Mini.
