About the role
The Concept Group is a holding company established in 1992, with subsidiaries including Rosabon Financial Services, Concept Nova, and Percy Aitkins. We are looking for a sharp, analytical strategist to serve as management’s eyes, ears, and problem-solver across the business. Reporting to the General Manager, you will track and drive the company’s key strategic initiatives, collaborate with department heads to keep projects on time and on budget, and provide Executive Management with the insights needed for effective decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and systems.
- Track progress against high-level goals and KPIs, and report to Executive Management.
- Participate in the recruitment process for key positions.
- Prepare board meeting materials and analytical reports on strategic initiatives, financial performance, and market trends.
- Assist leadership in developing and executing the company’s strategic plan.
- Collaborate with the CFO and Finance team on financial modeling and decision-making models.
Requirements
- Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong background in finance, business development, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with KPI tracking and project management tools.
- Experience in a financial services institution or related field is an advantage.
- 3+ years in strategic or management consulting is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or CFA certifications are a plus.
