About the role
Join the team that powers one of Reckitt’s dynamic production environments in Abeokuta, Ogun. This role is central to ensuring quality and efficiency by managing daily shipment plans, optimizing outbound freight, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also oversee third-party logistics suppliers and ensure full adherence to safety and quality standards in warehousing and transport.
Responsibilities
- Process, dispatch, and document all orders.
- Maintain high standards for products to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Track and update the status of all dispatched trucks daily.
- Ensure full compliance with audits, including the Global Distribution Manual and RB safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate inventory levels.
- Adhere to regulations and ensure accurate documentation of goods received and dispatched.
- Execute the daily shipment plan and track pending or new orders.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain processes, and customer service.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably JDE.
- Experience in warehouse and freight management, ideally within the FMCG or Logistics sectors.
- Strong skills in supply chain management, collaboration, and business process improvement.
