About the role
Integrated Dairies Limited is a Nigeria-based dairy producer established in 2003. The company focuses on delivering high-quality fresh milk and dairy products while supporting the agricultural value chain. This full-time position is based in Asaba, Delta State.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all stored items.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile any variances.
- Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or potential shortages.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual and/or automated systems.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods to ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
- Arrange and store materials properly in designated areas.
- Comply with company quality and hygiene standards for dairy products.
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security in the store area.
- Prepare and issue store requisitions as approved by relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management principles.
- Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Minimum of an OND in Store Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
