About the role
Future Moves Recruitment Agency is hiring a Store Officer to manage daily operations, inventory, and customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Idado Estate, Igbo Efon, Lekki, Lagos. The role focuses on retail and skincare/beauty operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations.
- Manage inventory and stock control.
- Provide customer service and handle order fulfilment.
- Maintain inventory records and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in store management, retail operations, or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of stock control, inventory records, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in skincare, beauty, or retail is an advantage.
