About the role
Dicalo Consulting Group is recruiting a Store Manager for a premium interior design and home furnishing company. This full-time position is based in Lekki, Lagos. You will lead the showroom, drive sales growth, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role requires a candidate who is passionate about design and skilled in sales.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, convert leads into customers, and upsell furniture, decor, and interior services.
- Showroom Operations: Maintain a clean, well-merchandised showroom, manage product displays, and oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
- Customer Experience: Provide luxury customer service, advise clients on products and materials, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Team Leadership & Inventory: Supervise sales associates, set daily targets, manage stock levels, and report on sales performance.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, Showroom Manager, or Senior Sales Lead.
- Proven sales experience in furniture, interior design, home decor, or luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of sales closing, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Passion for interior design and good taste.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, sales reporting, and POS systems.
- A B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is an added advantage.
