About the role
Sun King is a leading global brand providing solar-powered home energy products to underserved communities in Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. We are looking for a Store Executive in Warri to ensure our store meets its performance targets for both quality and quantity.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory by receiving stock, tracking it from the warehouse, and issuing it out according to FIFO standards.
- Maintain accurate stock cards, online logs, and perform daily cycle counts.
- Prepare daily reports on on-hand stock and issued stock for stakeholders.
- Handle repairs by taking custody of tools, checking faulty units, and conducting basic repairs on in-warranty returns.
- Maintain a tidy and safe store environment, ensuring the shop floor is arranged by SKU.
- Welcome customers, assist Energy Officers, and coordinate with the Call Center to resolve queries.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Good customer focus and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Proven report-writing experience and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Sun King products and territory knowledge are added advantages.
