About the role
Sun King is a global leader in solar-powered home energy, serving over 26 million people across 40 countries. We are looking for a dedicated Store Executive in Anyigba, Kogi, to help us bring modern energy to underserved communities. This full-time position focuses on maintaining store performance, managing stock, and supporting customers with our solar products.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate logs of goods received and issued, manage stock cards, and conduct monthly stock takes. Ensure stock is issued using FIFO standards and perform daily cycle counts.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on stock on hand and issued items for replenishment or replacement.
- Repairs: Conduct basic repairs on in-warranty returns, manage spare parts, and verify warranty eligibility for faulty units.
- Store Management: Keep the store tidy and organized according to SKU arrangements. Welcome customers, assist Energy Officers, and coordinate with the Call Center to resolve queries.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Sun King products and local territory is an added advantage.
- High levels of integrity, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
