About the role
Eizog Limited specializes in industrial spare parts, including electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical components. We are looking for a Sourcing / Procurement Officer to help secure the right parts at competitive prices while maintaining high quality standards and timely delivery. This full-time position is based in Ojodu, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fund transfers to ensure timely supplier payments.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on pricing, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and local trade laws.
- Analyze spending patterns and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders for accurate fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring their performance.
Requirements
- HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience sourcing Instrumentation, Electrical, Automation, or Mechanical spare parts, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
- Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are a plus.
