TeamAce Limited is hiring a Social Media Support & Lead Capture Intern to join their team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on managing social media interactions and capturing potential customer leads for the sales team. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages, comments, and enquiries on social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information on products, promotions, hire-purchase plans, and investment offerings.
- Capture prospective customers’ details, including names, phone numbers, locations, and areas of interest.
- Record, update, and categorise leads in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate entries and avoiding duplicates.
- Track enquiries and leads, prepare periodic activity summaries, and share common customer questions with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate with an interest in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Excellent written communication skills in standard English and Pidgin.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Good attention to detail, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn Zoho CRM.
- Reliable, self-motivated, organised, and able to meet response timelines.
