About the role
Captain Residency Hotel is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer. You will manage our online presence to grow brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This is a full-time position based in Abuja (FCT) and Sabo Yaba – Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, and captions.
- Track and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new marketing ideas.
- Plan and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
- Work closely with management to promote hotel services, events, and special offers.
- Manage the hotel’s social media accounts and respond to messages and comments promptly.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns where required.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve engagement.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
