We connect healthcare facilities with skilled professionals and offer services in process management, SOP development, and training. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and manage our digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including reels, promotional, and product videos.
- Design attractive graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using tools like Canva.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement and growth.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, brand awareness, and sales.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently while staying updated on trends.
- Collaborate with management to promote products, services, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong skills in video shooting, production, and editing.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
