About the role
Scentimental is a luxury home fragrance and lifestyle brand inspired by nostalgia, travel, and storytelling. We are looking for a commercially minded Social Media Manager to strengthen our social media presence across Nigeria and the UK. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Track performance and use insights to improve reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
- Stay on top of relevant trends while maintaining Scentimental’s premium brand identity.
- Write compelling captions and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Translate brand and marketing priorities into engaging content plans.
- Manage our social media calendar and day-to-day publishing across relevant platforms.
- Manage community engagement, comments, DMs, and customer queries.
- Coordinate campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally with a lifestyle, luxury, beauty, fashion, or consumer brand.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, planning, and execution skills.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- An understanding of social media analytics and how to connect content with commercial results.
- A proactive, organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
