About the role
Elite Talent Placement is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy and online presence for a growing fintech company. This is a hybrid position based in Victoria Island, Lagos, requiring two days in the office per week. The role offers a monthly salary between NGN 400,000 and NGN 600,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create engaging and educational content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Grow audience, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Track social media performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop campaigns around products, industry insights, and business updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3–6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or brand management.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
- Experience managing company social media accounts.
- A strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or B2B is an advantage.
