About the role

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a creative, confident, and well-organised Social Media & Front Office Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt.
The successful candidate will manage the company’s online presence while providing excellent front-desk and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly social media content plans for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging posts, captions, graphics, short videos, and stories that reflect the company’s brand.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries; respond professionally and promptly.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports on engagement, reach, followers, and leads.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and messages.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and client visits.
- Manage visitor sign-in records.
- Support the distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support online campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to improve content.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Ensure all content is accurate, professional, and aligned with company policies.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
