About the role
Elevare Human Solutions Limited is hiring for a growing skincare and haircare brand. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Creator to help build our online presence. In this role, you will plan and produce content across our social channels, grow our audience, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage the brand’s social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create engaging videos, reels, skits, product content, captions, and graphics.
- Develop content calendars and growth strategies tailored to each platform.
- Produce creative content that drives brand visibility, audience engagement, and sales.
- Respond to customer enquiries and messages professionally.
- Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on product launches and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong video creation, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create engaging content that attracts customers and drives sales.
- Good understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and analytics.
- Highly organised, creative, and results-driven.
- Available to resume immediately.
- Portfolio or links to previously created content for review.
