About the role
Aureole Consulting is seeking a Shop Floor Manager to lead the daily operations of their shop in Anthony Village, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on ensuring smooth service, proper stock management, and a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day shop activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop floor operations and ensure the shop is ready for business each morning.
- Receive and coordinate incoming stock, ensuring proper handling.
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
- Resolve or escalate customer and operational issues as needed.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the shop floor organized and operating efficiently.
- Coordinate customer orders and dispatch through courier services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, store operations, customer service, or a related role.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
