About the role
Phillips Outsourcing Limited is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join their team in Abuja. With over 16 years of experience, the company manages resources for major clients across Nigeria and is expanding into other African nations. This full-time position focuses on asset management and financial services within the Abuja market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with prospective and existing clients in Abuja.
- Identify and convert opportunities for the firm’s investment and wealth management products.
- Promote and sell investment solutions, including Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Equity Funds, and Dollar Funds.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and follow up on opportunities.
- Provide clients with guidance on investment solutions in line with regulatory requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and professionals.
- Monitor client portfolios and maintain regular engagement to encourage retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services.
- Demonstrable experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Strong understanding of investment products and the Nigerian financial services market.
- Existing networks within the Abuja/Northern Nigeria market, particularly among HNIs and corporate clients, are an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
