Responsibilities
- Participate confidently in technical interviews, client discussions, and solution reviews.
- Explain technical decisions clearly to U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
- Solve complex backend problems and connect engineering decisions to business needs.
- Build and maintain production systems across various technology stacks.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Advanced English (C1+) with confident spoken communication for U.S. client interactions.
- Proven experience with at least 2 to 3 backend programming languages or frameworks (e.g., Java/Spring, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails).
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, API development, databases, and system design.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment processes is an advantage.
