About the role
Sage-Grey Finance Limited is a Nigerian finance services company licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). We are integrated into the Nigerian Interbank Settlement System (NIBSS) and are members of the Finance Houses Association of Nigeria (FHAN). We offer lending, fund management, and advisory services. We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager (Corporate) to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Achieve and maintain a minimum average portfolio of ₦5 billion in assets and liabilities within the first 6 months. Drive revenue growth, deposit mobilization, and investment inflows.
- Client Management: Deliver tailored financial solutions to enhance client value and retention. Build and expand relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional clients.
- Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with management on business growth strategies, market expansion, and client acquisition. Provide insights on market trends and competitive positioning.
- Leadership: Coach and mentor team members, build a high-performing corporate marketing team, and set clear KPIs to drive accountability.
- Reporting: Ensure accountability for assigned targets, deliver accurate forecasts, and provide periodic reports on portfolio performance and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 8–12 years’ experience in banking, financial services, or corporate marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and business development skills.
- A strong track record in deposit mobilization and relationship management.
- An established network within HNIs, corporates, and institutional clients.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
