About the role
Hyde Energy Limited is a leading oil trading and marketing company operating in Nigeria and across West and Central Africa. The company imports and exports Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and sells clean petroleum products. They are currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Monitor onshore fabrication and offshore installation activities.
- Prepare daily inspection and QAQC reports.
- Inspect materials, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and sign off Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs).
- Witness welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), coating, pressure testing, and dimensional control.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of ISO, API, DNV, and ASME codes.
- Valid BOSIET, OSP, and offshore medical fitness certificate.
- Strong HSSE awareness and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP III, NDT Level II, or CSWIP Plant Inspection certification (as applicable to the role).
