About the role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead factory construction and development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is based in Shagamu, Ogun.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise factory construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, budgets, and project resources.
- Ensure all construction activities meet approved designs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align construction with operational specifications.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (relevant engineering backgrounds may also be considered).
- Proven experience managing construction projects, specifically for factories or industrial facilities.
- Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, contractor management, and budgeting.
