About the role
Kimeric Nigeria Limited is a reputable provider of onshore and offshore supply and engineering services to the Oil and Gas industry in Nigeria and West Africa. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Production Technologist to join our team in Nigeria.
This role involves providing technical leadership in well completion design and execution, Well, Reservoir and Facility Management (WRFM), production system optimisation, and integrated field development activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead flow assurance management and identify and remediate problem wells.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and mature production improvement opportunities to maximise hydrocarbon recovery.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior Production Technologists.
- Contribute to Reservoir Development Studies (RDS) and Field Development Plans (FDP).
- Drive WRFM, well integrity management, and production system optimisation.
- Lead well performance optimisation, completion design, and intervention activities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in production technology and well/reservoir management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
- Technical competence in the relevant field.
