About the role
Ren San & Co. is a business support and brand strategy firm seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead its luxury hospitality operations in Maitama, Abuja. This is a senior leadership position where you will have full ownership of daily operations, standards, and performance. You will act as the most senior operational authority on site, reporting directly to management. The role requires independent judgment, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and embed operational standards, systems, and culture for the property.
- Manage and supervise the Operations Manager and all junior/mid-level staff, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and drivers.
- Ensure all apartments and facilities meet five-star luxury hospitality standards through regular inspections.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and high-stakes requests with composure and discretion.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Monitor operational costs and support budget planning and cost control.
- Build and improve standard operating procedures and checklists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or luxury serviced apartments.
- At least 2–3 years in a senior or managerial leadership capacity.
- Demonstrable experience supervising junior/mid-level staff and facility teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
- Must be based in Abuja and available for full-time, on-site work with flexibility for operational demands.
- Ready to take up the role with immediate effect and minimal ramp-up time.
