About the role
EHA Clinics, a subsidiary of eHealth Africa, is a healthcare network operating across Nigeria. The organization provides data-driven, technology-enabled services including general consultations, laboratory investigations, and specialized care. This position is based in Sangotedo, Lagos, and reports to the Client Relations Manager.
The Senior Officer, Client Acquisition & Retention will help the department build long-term relationships with customers. The goal is to ensure retention, loyalty, and revenue growth by converting prospects and maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Promote services, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Identify client needs and develop plans to address them effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and liaise with internal teams for corrective actions.
- Monitor competition to retain existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer lifecycle and service delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for feedback and escalate issues to relevant departments.
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and service level agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of post-NYSC experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Completion of compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or exemption.
