We are looking for a Senior Nurse Manager to lead nursing education, staff training, and professional development within the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing education and staff training programs.
- Drive professional development for nursing staff.
- Apply evidence-based practice to improve clinical quality.
- Conduct competency assessments and mentorship.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a current professional licence.
- Substantial clinical nursing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership, teaching, and staff development.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice, clinical governance, and adult learning.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Nursing, Nursing Education, or a related field is preferred.
