About the role
Ernst & Young (EY) is hiring a Senior in ITTS Advisory to join their team in Lagos. This full-time position focuses on international tax consulting, specifically within the ITTS (International Tax and Transaction Services) advisory practice. You will work with multinational clients to solve complex tax challenges and support corporate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice on cross-border restructuring, financing concepts, and international group tax law.
- Support the structuring of corporate transactions, acquisitions, and sales, including tax due diligence and risk identification.
- Assist multinational companies in planning and implementing transfer pricing systems.
- Support tax audits, mutual agreement procedures, and advance pricing agreements (APA).
- Manage complex tax projects and coordinate various audit and consulting assignments.
- Motivate team members and promote their professional and personal development.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in international tax consulting.
- Specialization in transfer pricing or transaction projects is highly desirable.
- Degree in economics, law, or finance.
- Passing the CTIN tax exam is an advantage.
- Very good communication skills in English.
- Analytical skills, a precise working style, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
