About the role
Refine Concepts is recruiting a dynamic Senior Insurance Broking Marketer to join their client’s team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lekki, Lagos. You will lead strategic marketing initiatives, partner with senior management, and drive growth and brand visibility across the insurance broking space.
Responsibilities
- Develop targeted digital and social media campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with brokers and account managers to create customer-focused marketing materials.
- Cultivate relationships with insurers, brokers, and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Create compelling content such as brochures, case studies, and blog posts.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff while working with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, and events.
- Track and report on campaign performance using data and analytics.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role within insurance or financial services.
- Solid understanding of insurance broking markets, trends, and regulations.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
