Knight Frank is seeking a Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join their team in Port Harcourt, Rivers. As one of the world’s leading independent real estate consultancies, Knight Frank offers a full-time opportunity to lead key business areas within the branch office.
Responsibilities
- Generate and execute new business briefs for estate brokerage, property management, and valuations.
- Oversee the operations of the Capital Markets, Property/Facility Management, and Valuations portfolios.
- Manage and grow the existing client portfolio for the branch.
- Run the full operations of the assigned branch with a focus on profitability.
Requirements
- Must be a member of ESVARBON.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, valuation, and property/facility management.
- Associate membership of RICS is a plus.
- A first degree in Estate Management with a minimum of a second-class grade.
- Must be an Associate Member of NIESV.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
